Zach Carpenter is a catalyst for success in commercial real estate, business and life. Zach is currently a sales and leasing associate at NAI Bergman, with a strong focus on industrial space.
Through rapport, discipline and accountability, as reflected in his successful collegiate football career, Zach is passionate about helping clients acquire, dispose of and lease warehouse, distribution and flex space.
Zach’s meticulous attention to detail makes transactions seamless for his clients. His persistence makes difficult property requirements simple, providing clients with cohesive and feasible solutions that are tailored to their specific goals (not hopes and prayers).
Background & Experience
A Cincinnati native, Zach is a graduate of Archbishop Moeller High School, where he accumulated numerous accolades for his efforts on the football field. Being a four-year starter on the offensive line, an unusual occurrence for such a prestigious program, Zach earned an athletic scholarship to the University of Michigan.
Within two years, Zach had won the role of starting center, shortly thereafter transferring to Indiana University to complete his bachelor’s. A three-year starter at both center and guard, Zach received All-Big10 honors before departing for graduate school at the University of Miami (FL). While working on his master’s, Zach helped Miami’s offense become the most productive unit in the country as a team captain and starting center, receiving All-ACC honors to complete his collegiate tenure.
From there, Zach had a short stint with the Miami Dolphins, before moving back home to Cincinnati to pursue his passion for commercial real estate. Zach uses his experience and dedication to drive measurable results through a commitment to detailed market analysis and disciplined execution, moving transactions forward and securing profitable outcomes for every client.
