Scope of Service Experience
Steven Adler is one of the founding principals of NAI Bergman and directs the Asset Management Services division which includes property, facilities and constructional management, site development , and the Special Services division which includes receivership, property re-positioning, auction services and note sales. His career is real estate spans over 40 years in all areas of commercial real estate. Currently, under the direction, NAI Bergman manages a growing portfolio of properties including office, medical, retail and industrial in excess of 3.2 million square feet. The facilities and construction management divisions provide their clients with exceptional service in the areas of maintenance, tenant improvements, construction and site development for private and institutional investors, as well as its own portfolio. The special services division works with major lending institutions nation wide. Mr. Adler’s primary objective is to provide all clients with stategic business, financial and operational objectives to maximize their investments, while understanding each client’s unique needs and ownership objectives.
He is certified property manager (CPM) and has achieved the accredited management organization (AMO), which is the highest certificate from the institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
