Scope of Service Experience

Sam joined NAI Bergman in 2023 and his focus is in purchasing, leasing, and selling of commercial real estate as well as land purchases for residential development clients. Sam is himself, a developer and property manager of multifamily and retail. In this capacity, Sam participates in the buying, listing, and selling (as applicable) of those properties before as after development. Sam also represents investors out of state with interests in a variety of real estate opportunities.

Background & Experience

For the last few years, Sam has worked in land acquisition for several large homebuilders located in the Cincinnati, but is active in the Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus markets.  In this role, Sam found, analyzed, and negotiated large land deals for the development of residential subdivisions.

In his own projects, Sam oversees renovations as part of property management and works with local contractors (as owner rep) if the work is extensive enough. Sam oversees all tenant relations and marketing of the spaces as well.

Education

Sam graduated From Gustavus Adolphus College in 2016 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, minor in Strategic Communication.

Sam graduated from George Washington University in 2020 with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, concentration in Finance and Budget Policy.
