Ryan Van Dulman is a sales and leasing associate for NAI Bergman with a passion for building relationships and creating opportunities for others. Ryan plans on creating a large network of clients. Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ryan has rich ties with a vast array of people and a deep knowledge of the city and its trends.
Background & Experience
Throughout his career, Ryan has worked at a country club and made long lasting relationships with the members, which has led to opportunities in real estate as well as a vast network of customers. He is known for his ability to form relationships and always putting the clients first. Ryan’s loyalty and work ethic help him stand out in his field.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys Golfing, Meeting new people and cheering on the Cincinnati sports teams. He is also actively involved in the Clovernook Country Club community and enjoys traveling to new places.
Education
Ryan graduated from Texas A&M’s Fire Science Academy and became a certified firefighter/emergency medical technician. Ryan opened up a Jersey Mikes from the ground up and successfully ran the store for 2 years before parting ways. This allowed him to understand the franchising process and see things from multiple points of view. His educational background, coupled with practical experience, enables him to bring a unique perspective to the real estate world.
