Bob acts as the Managing Director responsible for running and growing the brokerage department, property management portfolio, as well as business development.
Background & Experience
Bob is a senior real estate executive with over 40 years of experience in leasing, development, acquisitions, and general management. He has worked for private equity companies, large publicly traded REITs, private firms, brokerage firms, and ESOPS. Bob has done business in many Midwest, Southeast and Southwest cities. He has developed dozens of spec industrial buildings ranging in size from 60,000 square feet to 900,000 square feet. He has lead teams executing large build to suit industrial buildings ranging from 120,000 square feet to 687,000 square feet and with companies such as totes, inc, Isuzu, Liz Claiborne, Kohl’s, Universal Coach, Pacific Coast Feathers, Beiersdorf, Inc, and Crescent Park Distribution to name a few.
