Richard has experience interacting with all levels of business, business owners and employees allowing him to listen and understand the needs of his clients. Richard has been involved in lease negotiations and the buying, selling and leasing of commercial properties.
Background & Experience
Richard started his career with Turnbull Construction LLC. He was a site superintendent, where he learned basic skills of management and scheduling of projects. He also learned how to interact with owners, lessees, and trades.
Richard left Turnbull and started working with his company Flagship Enterprises Inc. DBA Giminetti Baking Company. He was involved in growing sales on the wholesale side of the business which manufactured bakery products and distributed products throughout the region. Richard worked closely with his business partner on developing their retail deli concepts. Working with other businesses developing other ideas and products for the industry came with great satisfaction. Problem solving and crisis management is common for small businesses owners. They deal with financing the business to acquisition and installation of its equipment.
