Dave Metz has brought his own experience in real estate development, investments, and finance to assist clients in many forms of commercial development and investment sales. His expertise includes numerous retail developments and redevelopments as well as industrial developments from the ground up.  His experience in finance and investments makes him an asset to his clients who are looking to grow their real estate investment portfolio as well as disposition of their investment properties.  Dave has considerable knowledge of 1031 Exchanges and has assisted clients in successfully finding properties that enhance and grow their real estate portfolios.  Dave is a licensed Ohio and Indiana real estate broker and holds sales licenses Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.

Dave also specializes in Buyer/Tenant Site Selection for major national retail clients including Freddy’s Steakburgers, Taco Bell, and Kentucky Fried Chicken.

Cindy Metz heads the Retail Sales and Leasing at NAI Bergman in Greater Cincinnati. Her experience as a multi-store Subway franchisee owner/operator gives her a unique insight into the needs of her clients. A short-list of Tenant Rep clients include: Dunkin Donuts, Patterson Dental, Domino’s Pizza, Simply Fashion, Dots, Grandview Outlets, Bargains & Buyouts, and Kabobski’s.

Cindy specializes as a Landlord Rep and represents numerous Shopping Center operators including: C-III Realty Services, American Commercial Realty, Promanus Group and Woodcrest Capital, which include grocery-anchored shopping centers. She has developed relationships with scores of national retailers and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a member of the Retail Council of NAI Global.  She is continually recognized by Costar annually as a Co-Star Power-Broker and as a Commercial Top-Producer for the Commercial Real Estate Council of Greater Cincinnati.

Cindy’s experience includes transactions with numerous non-profit groups to include: St. Vincent de Paul, Shriner’s Syrian Temple, American Legion, Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, and many other church organizations, assisting non-profits in the sale and acquisition of real estate.

Patrick Metz brings experience in finance and specializes in landlord/tenant representation and investment grade commercial real estate properties.  Patrick has been a licensed realtor since 2007, and a member of the Cincinnati Commercial Board of Realtors.  Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.  Prior to joining NAI, he spent over five years with Fifth Third Bank.  As a Lead Business Analyst for Fifth Third he performed trend and investigative product analysis.  Patrick also assists the Metz team in the areas of research, analytical analysis, and commercial real estate client solutions.  Patrick is experienced in property management, office, multi-family, retail, and development property portfolios.
