About Billy Gillman
Billy’s story starts with Gillman Knitwear Co., where he spent the majority of his adult career as owner. Billy received a great deal of retail experience designing and producing men’s and ladies apparel, importing items from around the world, and distributing throughout the United States. This knowledge of how the retail industry works, and the selling of his business in 2000, lead him to a career as a commercial real estate agent at NAI Bergman.
Billy Gillman has been a member of NAI Bergman for the last twelve years and is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Leasing. Billy focuses on Retail/Land Development, Office, and Sales & Leasing. Billy also has experience in special use properties, churches, movie theaters, warehouses and more. Billy has been working with clients like Massage Envy, European Wax Centers, OHC (Oncology Hematology Care, Inc.), PNC Bank, Steak & Lube, Harley Davidson, Verizon, Veterans Administration (VA), Dickey’s BBQ, Aldi Foods, Honey Baked Ham, United Imaging, Garnish Catering, and Tire Discounters.
