We respond to emergency situations immediately and complete all maintenance items in a timely manner.

NAI Bergman provides its clients password protected access to Tenant Response, our proprietary web based facilities management software, at no charge. Work orders can be directly input into our maintenance dispatch system from any computer with internet access. The ability to track work order progress from submission to completion is available to the owner and tenant. TenantResponce provides our maintenance manager historical information to proactively identify recurring issues and correct them before it impacts your business and tenant safety and/or comfort.

TenantResponce randomly generates a customer service satisfaction survey to record feedback and help us learn how to better serve your needs.
