Larry Bergman, managing broker, has over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate. A native of Cincinnati, Larry has completed hundreds of deals locally as well as nationally. With access to a global network our reach is unlimited! Larry is a licensed real estate professional in Ohio, Kentucky and Georgia.

Steve Adler, with more the 33 years of experience, directs the Asset Management Services which includes property, facilities and constructional management, site development , and the Special Services division which includes receivership, property re-positioning, auction services and note sales.

Dan Feigelson, oversees the firm’s finance, accounting, and legal departments. With over 25 years of real estate and development experience, Dan helps maintain strategic corporate accounting principles, asset management, real estate portfolio evaluation, transaction negotiation and more!
GABRIELLE BERGMAN
Brokerage Operations Manager
Gabrielle Bergman’s primary role is to maintain NAI Bergman’s listing database and assist in the layout and design of marketing collateral. Supporting our agents with an excellent foundation in our technology syndication, Gabrielle is responsible for aiding our agents with the means to promote accurate and reliable property information for our clients.
JACOB BERGMAN
Accounting Manager
Jacob’s primary role is to facilitate the Accounting Department and works closely with the CFO and financial management team. His responsibilities include developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information. Other responsibilities include month and end-year processes, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, revenue and expenditures variance analysis, fixed asset activity, annual audits of operations, and more.
MICHAEL BERGMAN
Receiver
Michael Bergman, is responsible for the Asset Optimization/Receivership division, dealing with challenged asset for banks, debt acquisition funds and personal estates. NAI Bergman’s portfolio has included shopping centers, retail stores, office, medical and industrial buildings, a ten unit high-end townhouse complex and over 80 acres of undeveloped commercial land.
MATT FEIGELSON
Property Manager
Matt Feigelson oversees all day to day operations for many of the office/medical office buildings, retail and industrial complexes managed by NAI Bergman. Acting as a liaison between property owners and tenants, Matt is responsible for the full maintenance of the property, including all building systems.

Maintenance Manager
Jerry Mullins oversees all maintenance needs of our property management division. Duties may include but are not limited to installation, repair and upkeep of commercial real estate property, including mechanical systems, buildings and other structures. Jerry also supervises our fleet of maintenance professionals.
AARON WATTS
Construction Manager
Aaron Watts collaborates with engineers and architects to prepare cost estimates, budgets, and workable timetables for the client and develops a construction strategy for each project. Aaron supervises the construction process from development to completion to ensure a smooth build.
