Imperial Shopping Center is a 59,495 sf multi-tenant retail center anchored by Family Dollar in the Dayton MSA. It is 78% occupied by a variety of retail tenants including Family Dollar, Hock’s Pharmacy, Hallmark, Subby’s, Two Men and a Truck, Hertz, and the Hairless Hare Brewery. Scott Kaster added, “The asset’s strategic location immediately adjacent to the Dayton International Airport, along with the tenant mix, helped attract five approved buyers before closing at a sale price of $2,625,000.”
