Scope of Service Experience

Gueorgui has participated in the sales and leasing of office, industrial, retail, land, and investment properties. Furthermore, Gueorgui has successfully navigated investment transactions including industrial parks, shopping centers, office properties and development opportunities.  In the past three years, Gueorgui has successfully completed over 170 transactions totaling over 3 million square feet located in multiple states.

Background & Experience

Gueorgui started pursuing his interest in real estate at the University of Cincinnati, one of the nation’s top ranked real estate programs. He is an active participant in the University’s Real Estate Association, which organizes monthly roundtables hosting some of Cincinnati’s industry representatives. Gueorgui is also an active member of NAIOP, the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks. Gueorgui’s commitment to his clients has earned him a recipient of the CoStar PowerBroker Award and has been recognized by CoStar multiple times for completing one of the largest transactions for a specific quarter.
