Cincinnati Industrial Market Reports – Quarter 1, 2017
The Cincinnati industrial market ended the first quarter with a vacancy rate examined at 5.1%. The vacancy rate was down over the fourth quarter of 2016, with the total net absorption rate totaling positive 907,707 square feet in the first quarter. Decreasing in the the first quarter, vacant sublease space, ending the first quarter at 406,678 square feet. Rental rates in the Cincinnati industrial market increased over the last quarter to $3.75 per square foot. With the delivery of two new industrial buildings in the last quarter, Cincinnati received 19,7000 square feet of finished industrial construction with another 4,456,412 under construction.
