Cincinnati Retail Market Reports – Quarter 1, 2017
The Cincinnati retail market experienced minimal changes in quarter one of 2017 from last quarter. Retail vacancy rates were examined at 5.4% which was the same in the quarter 4 reports of 2016 which were also 5.4%. Rental rated are down by 1.8% going from $11.35 per square foot to $11.15 per square foot. In the Cincinnati retail market, five new buildings totaling 26,696 were completed bringing the total to 283,343 square feet in the last four quarters. This includes right new retail building built in quarter 4 of 2016.
