NAI Bergman negotiates a 24,000 sqft lease in Milford, Ohio
NAI Bergman recently negotiated a long term lease located at Park 50 in Milford Ohio. Northland Intervention will be occupying 24,000 square feet of office space in the 80,000 square foot building, bringing the occupancy to 100%. NAI Bergman’s Giorgio Karras and Rob Hock represented the landlord, CW Capital Asset Management, and Northland Intervention was represented by Kelley Meyer of Sibcy Cline. Northland Intervention is experiencing a period of growth and is a current tenant in the office park. NAI Bergman was able to accommodate Northland International with the much needed space for expansion.
