NAI Bergman sells historic Cincinnati Gardens
Finalizing the sale in late July, Laurence Bergman sold the well know Cincinnati Gardens. The 107,517 square foot building was purchase by Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority. The 67-year-old arena had been for sale for the past three years. In 1979 Gerald Robinson bought the Cincinnati Gardens and has remained in the family for the past 37 years. Plans to redevelop the 20 acre land will bring many new jobs into the Cincinnati market.
